I'm somewhat familiar with the arguments for Dispensationalism, cessationism, replacement theology, and for mixing modern Judaism with a belief in Jesus as Messiah, but I don't currently agree with nor embrace such beliefs thoroughly.
I currently tend to think instead that the Gospel - which was preached to Jews first, and also to Gentiles - that one and the same Gospel for all, and which is accompanied by the same signs for all - is the fulfilment of Old Testament prophecy, in two phases:
Inauguration/consummation;
First coming/second coming;
Spiritual/visible;
Kingdom in you/Kingdom manifested.
