"...the HAND OF THE LORD WAS WITH THEM..." (Acts 11:21).
That's what you want - the hand of the Lord to be with you!
The supernatural hand of the Holy Spirit.
It's wonderful when the hand of the Lord is evident in a meeting and comes upon people - or when you see the Lord acting for you in your personal life.
Notice it didn't say the hand of the Lord was acting independently - it said the hand of the Lord was 'with' them.
That means 'they' were doing something - and God's hand was 'with' them.
That's how it works.
'You' perceive what the Father is doing; you desire it; you ask; you speak it; you believe that those things which you say shall come to pass; you make room for it; you act - and you shall see it!
Then it will be the Spirit of your Father flowing through you, doing the work, doing what only God can do.
Like:
"...THEY went forth, and preached every where, the Lord WORKING WITH THEM, and confirming the word with signs following..." (Mark 16:20).
THINGS THAT HAPPEN WHEN THE HAND OF THE LORD IS WITH US:
■ Salvations
■ Seeing visions, hearing directly from God, receiving revelation and direction, and prophesying
■ Devils cast out
■ Healings, signs and wonders, and entire congregations re-filled with the Holy Spirit at once
■ Provision, favour, successful travel, succesful construction, people's spiritual thirst being met, receiving personal strength, and circumstances turned in our favour

Sometimes the hand of the Lord FALLS UPON an individual, and there's a manifestation of a spiritual gift (see Ezekiel 8:1).
The touch of the hand of the Lord can even be measureable, sometimes:
"...the hand of the Lord was STRONG UPON ME" [Ezekiel 3:14).
God promised:
"...the hand of the Lord shall be MADE KNOWN [revealed, manifested] toward his servants" (Isaiah 66:14).
And that's you, isn't - a servant of the Lord.
God will be with you, and comfort you - His hand shall be evident in your life, in your meetings.
"And when ye see this, your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like an herb..."
You can say, as the hymn says:
"I take - He undertakes".
Bible examples:
"...the hand of the Lord was with them, and a GREAT NUMBER BELIEVED, and TURNED UNTO THE LORD" (Acts 11:21).
"...bring me a minstrel. And it came to pass that when the minstrel played, that the hand of the Lord came upon him.
And he said, Thus saith the Lord..." (II Kings 3:15,16).
"The hand of the Lord was upon me, and carried me out IN THE SPIRIT of the Lord...And he SAID unto me...PROPHESY..." (Ezekiel 37:1-4ff).
"...if I with the finger of God CAST OUT DEVILS, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you" (Luke 11:20).
"...now, Lord...grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word,
By stretching forth thine hand to HEAL; and that SIGNS and WONDERS may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.
And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were ALL FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST, and they spake the word of God with boldness" (Acts 4:29-31).
"...the king granted him all his request, according to the hand of the Lord his God upon him...
...on the first day of the fifth month came he to Jerusalem, according to the good hand of his God upon him" (Ezra 7:6&9).
