The disciples in the Bible sometimes gathered daily.
So you can gather daily too if you wish.
But if any one day of the week is singled out in the Bible as a day on which the disciples got together, it's THE FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK. The Bible calls it the Lord's day. The disciples got together to break bread on the first day of the week, it says in one place.

But I don't see in the Bible that the early church made a rule out of gathering together to worship as a church on the seventh day.
It's therefore okay for churches to gather together primarily on the first day of the week.
