Promises and prophecies concerning Israel were fulfilled on the ground in Israel, and were experienced by believing Israelites first - then believing Gentiles also experienced it, in fulfilment of prophecies mentioning Gentiles.
There was a geopolitical/historical fulfilment in Israel first, then Gentiles experienced it, without distinction.
Yes some experiences are still future - like the second coming and Kingdom, resurrection, judgement and salvation. But none of those experiences are uniquely Israeli. They will be experienced equally by believing Gentiles.
