Three elements exist together in the OT examples of manifestations of signs and wonders (and therefore in the NT also):
1. Supernatural, not natural
2. Sourced from the Holy Spirit
3. Sign and wonder - it was observable as being supernatural not natural, and God was therefore glorified as the source, His Spirit
