In order to see a move of the Holy Spirit in our meetings, we will have to allocate time in our program for the Holy Spirit to move.
We may pray and fast about the Holy Spirit moving; we can sing songs about welcoming Him; we may even preach about it - but in order to see it, we simply will have to actually give time for His manifestation somewhere during the proceeding of the meeting - deliberately.
Thus the key to seeing the Holy Spirit work in our meetings is practical not just spiritual
