The Hand of the Lord

The hand of the Lord coming upon us, and being with us in our churches - that's what we want!

The hand of the Lord is the Holy Spirit.

You can tell when the hand of the Lord has come upon someone in a meeting: it's different.

Elisha called for musicians, and then the 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘳𝘥 came upon him, and he PROPHESIED.

When the 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘳𝘥 was upon Ezekiel, he saw VISIONS, and experienced the DISCERNING OF SPIRITS.

The early Church prayed that God would grant unto His servants, that with all boldness they would speak His Word, by stretching forth His 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥 to HEAL; and they prayed that SIGNS and WONDERS would be done by the Name of God's holy child Jesus.

And when they'd prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST, and they spoke the Word of God with boldness.

The 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘳𝘥 was with them, resulting in a great number turning to the Lord and being added to them.

The word of God grew and multiplied; and the number of the disciples grew and multiplied.

All because the hand of the Lord - the Holy Spirit - came on them, and in their meetings.

There's nothing like it - it's much better!

It's something God does - but we can ask Him for it.
