Issues with AD70 Preterisms

Some issues I have with AD70 Preterisms:
1. The law didn't end in AD70, it ended at the cross
2. The new covenant wasn't made in AD70, it was made at the cross
3. Caiaphas reportedly died in AD 36, before seeing the events of AD70, even though Jesus told him "henceforth ye shall see the son of man sitting..."
4. The Olivet discourse was a private discussion between Jesus and Peter, Andrew, James and John. But James died before seeing the events described, Peter and Andrew reportedly did too, and if John was still alive he reportedly wasn't in Judaea to see it - even though Jesus told them, using the second-person personal plural pronoun "...when ye see all these things..."
5. Believers in Christ who died, were already going to heaven, prior to AD70. And yet that wasn't considered to be the 'resurrection'.
6. The resurrection didn't occur in AD70.
7. The Olivet discourse included statements indicating an indeterminably long span of time in-between certain outcomes.
8. The gospel is still being preached among all nations, and then the end will come.
9. All men were not judged in AD70.
10. We didn't judge angels, in AD70.
11. The institution of marriage didn't end, in AD70. (Jesus said that in the resurrection, marriage will be a thing of the past.)
12. Every eye didn't see Him, in AD70.
13. Persecution didn't end, in AD70.
14. The Jews' tribulations didn't end, in AD70.
15. Jerusalem didn't cease to be trodden under foot of Gentiles, any time soon after AD70.
16. Death wasn't finally destroyed, in AD70.
17. Sorrow, sighing, tears and pain weren't wiped away, in AD70.
18. New heavens and a new earth, wherein dwells only righteousness, weren't created in AD70.
19. The logic on which part-preterism depends, implies full-preterism
Boxing-in the meaning of prophecy exclusively to too narrow a time-frame, has been a common mistake of Scripture-readers, ever since Old Testament times.
