New Makes the Other Old

A new covenant means the old covenant is void.

If the new covenant is the same as the old covenant, then it's not a new covenant.

If the new covenant is not different to the old covenant then there would have been no need for a new covenant.

If the new covenant is different to the old covenant then the old covenant is void.

There can't be two different covenants at the same time.

God made a new covenant with Israel after the covenant of Moses' Law was broken. Gentile believers are included in the new covenant.

We are free from the old covenant. The covenant that condemned. The covenant that barred.

Into the covenant of abundant life! Where righteousness was a gift. Where salvation is of faith not works.

And we continually offer the sacrifice of praise. The fruit of our lips offering thanks to God.
