No Modifications Of Moses' Law

The Apostles and elders decided that the Gentiles didn't need to keep the Law.

Meanwhile many believers in Jerusalem were still zealous for the Law.

But Paul taught that the Law was vanishing away. And it did, of necessity, after the Temple and city of Jerusalem were destroyed.

Some people again attempt to keep a modified form of the Law today - such as Judaists, and Hebrew-roots believers.

But no matter how much they try to make it look like Moses' Law, it's not Moses' Law.

The written Torah knew of only two ways of worshiping God, Moses' Law, and then the New Covenant. And only the latter is still valid and possible today.

The Old Testament prophesied the time when the New Covenant would come. And it indeed came in that time.

A modified version of Moses' Law is something unknown to the Torah and the Prophets.
