Since Zechariah 12-14 prophesied Temple functions, much of it must have been fulfilled when the Temple existed - which was within the timeframe between the return from Babylonian captivity and the final destruction of the Temple in approximately AD70.
According to the prophecy, the Christ was to come within that timeframe.
It could have been therefore none other but Jesus our Lord.
